Cabal Online Alz is the currency you need in the game to be successful. Skilling is simple use very fast low damaging skills on a mob or dummy which has very high def but low attack. Our fad is burning hands and freeze. Both level 9 and use auto attack. Since the 2 skills are the fastest ones in the game. That can be used for schilling.
You should use them but you do gain more skill exp from lances or cannons in Cabal. Thou they take abit longer to cast/cool down and deal more damage and skilling over level 90. It is a pain anyway but since dummies are now free for you to use.
You have a couple of choices here, you can go tierra gloriosa and exchange your Wexp reward for skill exp, do eod b1f runs, and get 5000 skill exp reward when dungeon is finished, or you can do the normal boring skilling, using your adept set. The eod b1f we would prefer in your case, as you can level up also.
